# XR-Telemetry - Terms of Service

## What you get
On-chain XRPL macro telemetry plus an algebraic implied price-floor computation,
served over a 5-minute-refreshed snapshot. Per-field provenance is declared in
`/agents.json` and `/schema` under `data_status`.

## Pricing
- $0.10 USD per snapshot, payable in XRP or RLUSD on XRPL, or USDC on Base.
  XRP drops are computed at request time from the live XRP/USD spot via the
  oracle, so the advertised USD amount stays accurate as XRP/USD moves.
- No subscriptions, no accounts, no API keys.
- x402 (`POST /scan`) and invoice (`POST /quote` -> `/status` -> `/results`) flows
  serve the same payload at the same price.

## Refunds
Verify-before-settle: if the snapshot cache is warming (HTTP 503), the facilitator's
`/settle` is not called and your presigned tx is never broadcast. Retry within the
600-second freshness window. Successful payloads (including those built from mocked
fields per `data_status`) are paid; no refunds otherwise.

## What this is not
Not a price prediction, investment recommendation, trading signal, or financial
advice. The Burst Math output is a sensitivity tool, not a forecast. Do your own
research before transacting.

XRPL-Utilities provides on-chain data classification and technical ledger analysis.
We do not provide financial advice, risk ratings, or investment forensics. Users
are responsible for compliance with local digital-asset regulations including the
California Digital Financial Assets Law and the Colorado AI Act where applicable.
This service is offered void where prohibited; use is not authorized in California
or Colorado.
